ABOUT THE GRIND TIME LEAGE
GRIND TIME YOUTH LEAGUE
Grind Time League is a competitive developmental basketball league designed to help athletes sharpen their skills and prepare for the upcoming school basketball season.
Athletes gain valuable game experience while improving basketball IQ, decision-making, confidence, conditioning, and overall game performance through structured competition.
It's the perfect opportunity to get reps, compete, develop, and find your rhythm before school ball begins.

WHAT TO EXPECT
LEAGUE HIGHLIGHTS
Skill Development
Athletes will work on ball handling, shooting, footwork, passing, defense, spacing, and finishing.
Game IQ Training
Players will learn where to be, how to make reads, when to pass, when to attack, and how to play within a team.
Organized Games
Weekly games give athletes a chance to apply what they learn in a real basketball setting.
Beginner Friendly
No travel ball experience is required. This league is for athletes who want to learn, grow, and gain confidence.
Competitive but Positive Environment
We want athletes to compete hard, but also learn sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
